• Eza Tech will provide services as outlined in the agreement/contract.
• The client will provide necessary access and information for the EZA Tech to perform services.

• EZA Tech disclaims all liability for damages or claims arising from services.

6. Limitation of Liability

• EZA Tech liability is limited to zero for any damages or claims.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate with 7 days' written notice.

• The agreement will be governed by governing law and subject to jurisdiction.
