Here are some general terms and conditions for an EZA Tech:1. Scope of Work
- Eza Tech will provide services as outlined in the agreement/contract.
- The client will provide necessary access and information for the EZA Tech to perform services.
2. Payment Terms:
- Payment is due within 3 days of invoice date.
- Late payments may incur £5.
3. Confidentiality
- EZA Tech will maintain confidentiality of client data and information.
4. Intellectual Property
- EZA Tech retains ownership of all intellectual property rights for services provided.
5. Warranty and Disclaimer
- Services are provided "as is" without warranty or representation.
- EZA Tech disclaims all liability for damages or claims arising from services.
6. Limitation of Liability
- EZA Tech liability is limited to zero for any damages or claims.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate with 7 days' written notice.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
